For festival organisers

Help more dancers discover your festival

Whether you run a congress, marathon or intimate weekender, we'd love to help dancers plan their next dance weekend around what you're creating.

    Why we built bailemo festivals

    Built for the festival community

bailemo is built by dancers, teachers and organisers who care about helping this community grow. We're creating one place where people can easily discover salsa, bachata, kizomba and Afro-Latin festivals across the UK. Because the easier it is to find a festival, the more dancers end up on the floor.

    Our goal

We started bailemo because we found ourselves searching across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp groups and websites just to answer one simple question: Where can I dance tonight? Our goal is to make discovering UK Latin dance events, classes, socials and festivals as easy and as accessible as possible.

    Why list your festival?

    Reach dancers across the UK

bailemo festivals connects your event with dancers who are actively searching for their next salsa, bachata or kizomba festival - not just in one city, but nationwide.

Put your festival in one trusted place

Dancers compare dates, locations, line-ups and prices in one hub. Your listing stays live, up-to-date and easy to share, so dancers can plan their year around you.

Help new dancers discover festival dancing

Many dancers haven't been to a festival yet. A clear, detailed listing lowers the barrier and helps them take their first weekend away.

Showcase every detail of your event

From daily timings and workshops to artists, programme and socials, your festival gets the space it deserves.

    Festival organiser FAQs

    How long does approval take?

We aim to review every festival submission within 24 hours, and often much sooner. Once approved, your listing goes live immediately and starts appearing on the festivals hub, salsa and bachata style pages, and relevant search results.

Can I edit a festival listing?

Yes. Every submission is saved against your email, and we're happy to update dates, times, line-ups, pricing, descriptions, programme, files or links at any point. Just resubmit or drop us a message with the changes and we'll take care of it.

    Can I submit a multi-day festival?

Absolutely. Multi-day festivals are exactly what bailemo festivals is built for. You can submit per-day timings, a full programme and supporting documents so dancers can see everything in one place.

Can I submit a festival that covers multiple styles?

Yes. Many UK festivals cross salsa, bachata, kizomba and more. Submit once and we'll make sure it appears in the right style pages and filters.

What makes a festival listing successful?

Clear dates, daily timings, a strong description, artist line-up and a good image all help. Dancers also love seeing a programme or schedule, so they can plan their weekend before they buy.

    What are hot festivals?

Hot festivals are the listings that dancers are engaging with most right now, based on views, clicks, outbound ticket and social clicks, shares and interest. They appear in a dedicated 'Hot' strip on the festivals hub and homepage so visitors can quickly see what's buzzing.

Will my festival appear on your social media?

Sometimes! We regularly feature festivals, organisers and dancers from across the community. We can't promise every festival will be featured, but every listing is considered, and we'd love to showcase as much of the scene as possible.
