For organisers

Help more people discover your events

Whether you run a weekly social, teach classes or organise a festival, we'd love to help more dancers find what you're creating.

    Why we built bailemo

    Built with the community

bailemo is built by dancers, teachers and organisers who care about helping this community grow. We're creating one place where people can easily discover socials, classes, festivals, workshops and organisers. Because the easier it is to find dancing, the more people end up on the dance floor.

    Our goal

We started bailemo because we found ourselves searching across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp groups and websites just to answer one simple question: Where can I dance tonight? Our goal is to make discovering Latin and Afro dance as easy and as accessible as possible.

    Why list your events?

Make it as easy as possible for dancers

bailemo isn't replacing organisers' own websites or social media. It's connecting everything together so dancers spend less time searching, and more time dancing.

    Help new dancers discover you

Many people don't know where to begin. By listing your events on bailemo, you're helping make the community more accessible for everyone.

Keep your information in one place

No more posts buried in feeds. Your listing stays live with clear date, time, venue, price and links. Always up-to-date and easy to share. Need to edit something? No problem. That's easy to do too.

    Help grow the community

Every event added makes the platform more useful. The more complete the picture, the easier it becomes for someone to discover dancing for the first time - or find somewhere new to dance next.

    Organiser FAQs

    How long does approval take?

We aim to review every submission within 24 hours, and often much sooner. Once approved, your listing goes live immediately and starts appearing in search, filters and relevant style pages across events and classes.

    Can I edit an event?

Yes. Every submission is saved against your email, and we're happy to update dates, times, pricing, descriptions or links at any point. Just resubmit or drop us a message with the changes and we'll take care of it.

    Can I submit recurring events?

Absolutely. Weekly socials, monthly parties and regular classes are all welcome. You can submit a single recurring listing or a series of individual dates - whichever gives dancers the clearest picture of what's on.

    Can I list festivals?

Yes. bailemo is the UK's home for Latin and Afro dance festivals. Multi-day festivals appear on our dedicated Festivals hub with per-day timings, programme, workshops and social details.

    Can I promote workshops?

Yes. One-off workshops, visiting teacher sessions and intensives are all a great fit. Include the level, style and any prerequisites so dancers know if it's right for them. Moreover, if it has a social component, submit it as an event.

    What are hot events?

Hot events are the listings that dancers are engaging with most right now, based on views, clicks, outbound clicks, shares and interest. They appear in a dedicated 'Hot' strip on the homepage, city pages and festivals pages so that visitors can quickly see what is buzzing in the scene.

Will my event appear on your social media?

Sometimes! We regularly feature events, organisers and dancers from across the community. We can't promise every event will be featured, but every listing is considered, and we'd love to showcase as much of the community as possible.
